It was a story, an urban legend, a philosophy professor who wrote only one question on his exam. The question was: “Why?” His students thought carefully before you on paper. Many then began writing long expositions. But when the professor of each student’s incorrect response, with one exception – “Why not?”

You can imagine how upset the students were. Some thought that this was unethical, even downright cruel. Some even have to think the philosophy that the professor had no true knowledge of life, think purpose whatsoever left, that all life happened by accident.

Can philosophy exactly answer the question, “ What is the meaning of my life is?” Anyone can write a different answer, since philosophy deals with what every man sees in his own mind. When hundreds of students trying to answer this question, it will be a hundred different answers, and even when a philosophy professor finds wisdom in only one paper – especially in the reply, “Why not?” – It offers no real help for all of us and we know not to be found closer to the true answer.

You can find this answer to what we need is a scientific method, and the wisdom of Kabbalah is just one such method. From the first Kabbalist – who enter into a position through the matter and discover the hidden laws of nature of the universe – this wisdom has been transmitted from teacher to student for millennia, from one generation to the next. Each teacher had personally researched and understood the laws of nature, and thus discovered that it is indeed a purpose. These teachers who committed to examine this question in detail, are called Kabbalists.
